The Windows Products department within Site Gothenburg is responsible for the development, maintenance and finance of Windows products running on the Windows platform.
To stay at the cutting edge and meet our customers high demands we need to strengthen our team with motivated and skilled support-technicians who want a challenging career as application support specialists within the Microsoft Dynamics AX area.
About the job
The Microsoft Dynamics AX product is used by companies within the Volvo group, and for our external customers. In the near future we will see exciting developments, with new customers and challenging opportunities.
You will be part of our global operations team for Dynamics AX, which works globally with customers within the Volvo Group as well as with companies that outsource to Volvo IT
Your responsibilities is within the application operations area and includes for example:
* Troubleshooting problems in complex environments and providing diagnosis of problems.
* Planning for new releases.
* Installing and supporting new versions and updates in the production environment
* Taking part in architecture discussions
Qualifications and skills required
For this position, we need a person with strong customer focus and good experience in the IT field, for example from the windows server and SQL server area. You need to have knowledge and experience preferably about the Microsoft Dynamics AX product, but you can also have experience from other ERP systems like Jeeves, Agresso or Dynamics NAV
You should also have the ability to work in a global, multi-cultural organization and to collaborate in teams as well as being an independent driving force.
Very good written and spoken English and Swedish is a requirement
