The Product Portfolio Management team is a new department within Product & Pricing B2C. The department is responsible for international product development for B2C in all our markets, with a focus on 0-2 years. We have an exciting challenge in turning customer insights and trends, technological development and market opportunities into new offerings and concrete development projects that add value to the B2C business. We are the link between longer term business development and the market and have an important role in the development towards a European product portfolio for B2C. We collect and evaluate new product ideas, prepare and drive for decision-making and take responsibility for execution. We manage cross-European development projects until market launch in close cooperation with the rest of the organization. The Product Portfolio Management team is an international team, with members in the Nordics, Germany and The Netherlands. This is a temporary position due to a maternity leave until 2013-04. * To contribute in developing the idea generation process
* To actively contribute in the idea evaluation process
* To plan and manage the development project portfolio
* To manage product development projects from implementation decision to market launch in close cooperation with project members and partners
* To represent B2C in group wide international development projects
* To constantly be updated on business and business environment developments and turn them in to offers
* To actively work with stakeholder management.
* Reporting to Head of Product Portfolio Management.

Qualifications
* You have a relevant Academic degree e.g. Business Administration and/or Engineering
* Thorough experience from customer offer development and/or business development on competitive markets, preferably with extensive knowledge of the energy sector and knowledge of Vattenfall B2C activities.
* Thorough experience and successful track record of project management in multi skilled teams
* Experience from working in multicultural teams and/or environments
* You are fluent in English and Swedish

You have a broad perspective and an ability to see possibilities and options. You have a positive attitude and a strong will to develop yourself and the organisation. You are highly customer orientated, have a well developed business sense and a high commercial awareness. You are result driven and able to create commitment. You have a strong drive and performance orientation. You are organisational sensitive and capable to build and maintain a strong network within the organisation.

The position is located in Råcksta, Stockholm. Travelling will be part of the job.
