Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client Liaison Assistant to join our team in central Stockholm.
Job Description
Reporting to the Client Liaison Manager in our headquarters, this position requires a flexible and multi-talented individual who has a great flair for customer support both in written form and over the phone. Cint develops leading technology products for the market research industry and your role will be to train and support existing and new clients in our SaaS-based products. You will be making sure that our clients get fast attention and have a smooth experience working with our products. The role also includes the responsibility to report bugs and user feedback to the technical support team.
Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:
To join our team, you must be a team player, very well-organized and possess:
* Extremely customer focused attitude and able to work closely with a variety of clients
* Good general computer knowledge
* Ability to communicate with clients on different levels of technical knowledge
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in Swedish and English
* Ability to work under pressure and manage your own time
* Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Useful Qualifications:
The following experience and skills will be considered in your application:
* Other language skills are desirable
* Experience or coursework in market research
Remuneration Package:
Fixed salary.
