Security and Defence Solutions, a business area of Saab, offers command and control systems, airborne early warning systems, civil security systems and solutions, training and simulation, as well as telecom carrier.

The Communication Solutions Department offers and delivers mobile infrastructure solutions for customers with high demands on functionality and security in tough environments. Our projects offer every employee technical challenges and a lot of fun every day. We are now recruiting for several positions in a core project team.

Your future challenge
Join us and be a part of the core project team responsible for delivery of a complex communication system for one of our international customers. This project is a part of a large Saab program. We are currently running a similar project for another international customer and the new project will be working close together with the existing project. The vacancies for the core team are

* Senior Program Manager with international experience
* Senior Systems Architect & Technical Manager
* Project Manager responsible for Integration, Verification & Acceptance
* 2-3 System Engineers with Radio- & IP-background

As a team you will be responsible for

* Project budgets & full financial result
* Risk & opportunity management
* Sub supplier- and contract management
* Designing the technical solution including deconfliction of EMI/EMC challenges for the radio systems
* Plan & execute engineering activities for integration, verification & acceptance
* Design & build reference rig
* Documentation, training & in country support

You will be based in Sweden and international travels will be required as parts of the activities will take place in the customer country and at sub supplier sites.

We are looking for you

* Who is a skilled professional with a strong drive to deliver
* Who isresult oriented, have a strong business focus and always is looking for improvements
* Who is a positive team player
* You have very good knowledge and understanding of project- and system development models
* You need to be fluent in English and Swedish
* You need to have a technical education in Telecommunications and / or operational experience from the Defence Domain
