Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities and tasks
Our new Customer Manager will be part of an expanding customer care team, and will primarily be handling the larger customers as well as establishing and further grow our after sales selling activities. You will be working as part of a regional support team to provide a single point contact with the customer, ensuring effective communication internally and externally with the customer and other relevant third parties.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

To build and maintain relationships with primarily larger customers through telephone contact and personal meetings to ensure that they are completely satisfied with service delivery

Establish and expand our selling of spare parts activities

Be responsible for the re-negotiation of service agreements and ensure profitability as well as long lasting relationships with our customers

Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning team. Forward all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress.

Keep customers informed on the progress of planned and unplanned service and notify them of any possible delays. Maintain personal records of all contact with each customer and check contract coverage of incoming work requests.

Pro-actively seek opportunities to sell and/or upgrade contracts with existing customers
Qualifications and work experience
On a professional level you are/have:

Either minimum two years? experience from key account management or a fresh university degree in business / engineering

A strong technical understanding and interest

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Professional experience in negotiating and handling business contracts is a plus

Experience from working in a business system, e.g. SAP, is a plus
On a personal level you are/have:

Service minded with a strong business drive

A positive, can-do mindset

Empathic and a good listener

Great attention to detail

Ability to cope with stress and an ever changing environment
