Customer Service/Account Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service/Account Manager to our facility, Sony DADC Copenhagen Office situated in Copenhagen/DK.
Work description:
* Account management of Nordic major clients or brokers with a young dynamic team
* Self responsible handling of complex customer orders by using an internal software
* Close relation with sales, production planning, purchasing and production
* Representing at customer meetings
* Active encouragement of the customer retention
* Positioning of own ideas in order to develop our internal processes
Profile:
* Higher education such as college or university
* Significant experience in customer service and/or sales
* Experienced IT user
* Fluency in English; German or other Nordic languages are an advantage
* Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
* Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills as well as strategically and entrepreneurial thinking
