Customer Service Representative
Provide the highest level of customer service, internal supportand customer management, optimising sales opportunities andefficiencies
Manage and take responsibility for administration and support for allocated customers to provide a comprehensive and professional support
Process all orders on the day of receipt in a timely and efficient manner
Process customer enquiries/complaints promptly, responding within 24 hours, resolving as soon as is practicable
Secure future business by prompt preparation and issue of quality quotations in compliance with customer specifications, company guidelines and standards
Liaise with appropriate Sales Managers/Product Managers to ensure customer requirements are met, subject to current systems, resources and processes available
Keep customers informed at all times regarding order status
Answer the telephone professionally and promptly
Maintain and constantly improve our quality of service to the customer
Build and maintain a positive business relationship with specific Key Accounts and monitor their sales
Deputise for any Customer Services team member during absences to ensure the highest level of service is maintained
Fluent in Swedish, oral and writing.
Fluent in English, oral and writing.
Fluent in German, oral and writing.
Working with order, sales and/or telesales for minimum 3 years
Experience with business systems and/or sales systems
Good communication skills (In written and verbal)
Customer Services experience
Well organized
High degree of customer focus
Sense of urgency
