MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is looking for a highly motivated technically skilled Customer Support representative fluent in English (near native speaking) for one of our customers. The assignment starts as son as possible until the last of March 2012. For the right person there is a good possibility that the assignment will be prolonged.

Our customer is a global provider of cross-border communication services, operating one of the largest fiber networks in the world which covers more than 100 points of presence in major cities in 35 countries across Europe, North America and Asia.
You will be working in the Customer Care department which is the Single point of contact 24/7 for all customer queries regarding service/faults, delivery, billing and sales. The team own and drive customer issues to resolution and they are constantly communicating with customers during on-going cases. The work will continuously be on shift list 24/7/365.

Since you will work with international clients from all over the world you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken (near native speaking). Other languages are meriting. Swedish is not required.
You will be working in a team handling customers buying Transmission (Wavelengt/SDH/Ethernet) and Voice services world-wide.
You and your colleagues work in close cooperation with customers world-wide as well as together with colleagues around the world to deliver world class customer service. You will work in a truly multi cultured team consisting of 25 persons from 17 countries.

Your main responsibilities in this position will be to:
* Make analysis of customer request and try to find a solution by finding information in support systems
* Give correct feedback to customers regularly
* Log all actions taken and contacts with customers in our support systems
* Contribute to the fulfillment of the team and corporate visions and goals
* Keep track of SLA thresholds and commitments and chase information

Education and experience:
*  University degree, preferably within Telecommunications, Network Engineering.
*  Experience in customer service within a telecom environment
*  Experience of working in a multicultural environment
*  Fluent English (excellent written & spoken)

You need to be extrovert, actively networking with the organization and be a problem solver. You understand the underlying drivers of the Telecom market and translate them into world class customer service.
We also want you to have technical knowledge and interest within telecommunications, networking and communication technology and services.
