Jobbeskrivning
Currently we are looking for a webmaster with the assignment to ensure world class online shopping experience.

As a Webmaster you will have the overall communication responsibility including online and print media e.g. website for Oriflame's Danish operations on digital platforms including site content, campaigns, social media and catalogue. You will be handling daily duties including monitoring of the oriflame.dk and other Oriflame specific sites, reporting to regional IT for technical problems with the site. Planning and implementing global and regional campaigns and online material as well as online consultant tools also part of your tasks. You will also be involved in projects, e.g. copy writing including translation of both online and offline communication material, development and execution of social media activities and also working closely with global online to give local input.

To succeed in this position you strive to become the No.1 beauty retailer on the Internet. We put focus on the ability to communicate and build relationships, which is important as the company has many long term clients.

Personliga egenskaper
* Excellent knowledge of working with web content management tools and web administration
* Ability to establish and follow a communications plan, preferably you have experience from an Internet sales or marketing environment
* Creative with great copywriting skills, both online and offline media
* Great knowledge of and experience from working with activating brand followers in Social Media, e.g. Twitter and Facebook
* Ability to undertake research using a variety of sources as well as to multitask and prioritise work schedules
* You are interested in different methods of communication
* Willingness and ability keep up to date with digital trends
* Understanding and know how to use social elements in the site
* Create engaging content that make site visitors and customers want to come back
* Knowledge and understanding of how SEO works, as well as knowledge of keyword production
* Planning, coordination and execution skills
* Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite, Swedish an advantage
* Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Flash is an advantage

As a person you are organized and pro-active and have the ability to be work with several projects and tasks at the same. You are positive, enthusiastic and have the ability to work under time pressure and with short deadlines. As you will work with our communication we would like it if you and communicative and structured.
