Corporate Sales (SF) as a part of Vattenfall AB Sales Nordic is responsible for exploitation of the market segments B2B > 1 GWh/a and resellers in order to generate maximum profits and ensure future requirements and long-term survival. Business Quality or SFQ department has the overall responsibility for business quality within Corporate Sales SF as well as for sales process development/ management and information management. SFQ shall also secure that we deliver that we have promised our customers according to the Individual Sales Process. We are also working with demand specification to Customer Service. As a Data Quality Manager you are responsible for ensuring that data Information are conducted in a quality secured, consistent and effective manner.
Job description

Provide competence regarding construction and use of databases

Key user in BW-reporting

Ensure quality by measurement and random sampling checks in the data for which the Unit is responsible

SLA with Customer Service

Identify/implement quality improvement measurements within SF as well as KS and SQ interface

Take a part in product-and process development with the main focus on data quality

Follow up assignment that SF imposed Customer Service and ensure its implementation

Resolve diverse customer-related matters within SFQ responsibility
Qualifications

You have a relevant education degree

You have excellent skills in MS Office, MS Access, SAP ISU/CRM

You have god skills in Swedish and English

You have experience of process compliance

You are able to live up to Account Management as the way of selling

You have competence to develop, manage and handle Access databases to be able to continuously control that SF has valid contract with customers

Experience of Business Warehouse and databases building is an advantage
We are looking for an individual with analytical skills and high social competence. You are solution-oriented and have good reasoning ability.
