MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is now looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Representative on behalf of one of our clients.  The company is working with secure and simple payment solutions within e-commerce. The company is fast growing and for the right person there are good opportunities for development within the company. The project starts immediately and is ongoing.

You will receive calls, mails and faxes from customers regarding reminders, payments and invoices. Administration connected to this will also be included in the role. A general part of your daily work will be to trace upcoming problems and help customers in finding solutions for their problems.

We are looking for a person who speaks Dutch and English fluently. You are service minded, driven and positive and you have the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and be flexible. Experience within customer care is positive. You can work independently as well as in a team and always strive to find the best solution. If you enjoy working in a fast-moving company and are results orientated this is the right position for you.
