Tom Joule is seeking a sales-driven Manager. The Manager works directly alongside the Stockroom Manager the Visual Merchandising team.

Qualifications
* Fluency in English Swedish
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word
* Ability bo lead a team
* Gymnaset Diploma
* Lift carry up bo 20kilo
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend overnight shifts
* At least 1 year in retail supervisory role
* experience (preferably with a premium brand)
* Strong Interpersonal Skills

Job Requirments:
* Embrace, practice lead selling strategies
* Staff training development
* Fiscal reporting budget maintenance
* Event planning
* Various administrative duties
* Achieve accuracy in executing markdowns, shipping, receiving, cash control
