We are looking for a German/Czech speaking technical consultant who will work in one of our customer's service desk. The perfect candidate for this open position will be fluent in German, Czech and English and have a great interest in computers and computer peripherals.

It is not necessary that you have prior experience in the field but you need to have a thorough knowledge in computers and peripherals. You will be working with technical support concerning software and hardware on desktop and laptop computers. In this role you will be a member of an EMEA support team with an ever changing work situation that demands high flexibility and stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills as well as great patience with customers.

Requirements

Czech fluency, both in speech and writing.  
German fluency, both in speech and writing. 
English fluency, both in speech and writing. 
Great interest in computers and computer peripherals.

Desirable

Prior experience in areas such as Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook, desktop and laptop computers. 
Additional language skills can be meritorious.
