For an interim solution on behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Group Accounting Manager
The responsibility for this position includes all legal reporting. Overall responsibility for all traditional tasks performed by a finance department according to external and internal requirements. This includes budget, forecast, accounting, business support, analysis, monthly and quarterly reports, implementation and development of financial processes. The position reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the local Finance Managers as well as the controlling team and is a key member of the Finance team.
We are looking for:
An analytical person with at least 10 years qualified experience from roles within finance and controlling, of which at least 3 years qualified group accounting experience. It is essential that you have experience from group accounting, controlling and process implementation in an international company and that you are prepared, and find it inspiring, to work in a multi-cultural organization. Your personal and social skills will be of great importance.
Summary of qualifications:
* Academic degree in Finance and Business Administration
* Speak and write English fluently
* Preferable experience from auditing company
* At least 10 qualified experience within finance and at least 2 years in management position
* Experience from consolidation, preparation of annual reports, IFRS-rules
* Preferably experience of international taxation and transfer pricing
* Analytical skills
* Proven advanced skills in accounting
* High integrity and good understanding in meeting deadlines
