HR Business Partner - CTO
Act as an integral member of the HR team whilst driving programs for the CTO organisation
Play a key role in the development of an organisational culture that maintains the highest standards of business performance and behaviour
Contribute significantly to the strategy, priorities and programs for the human resource function
Contribute to the development of a competitive organisational workforce and talent plan
Leads talent management discussions/plans for the CTO business
Align reward systems to desired performance and behaviours
Provide HR functional expertise and acts as a coach and support to other HR team members

Global experience, including experience of Silicon Valley and Asia-Pac
Experience of partnering with Software engineering departments
Strong strategic and operational HR skills gained within both start up and established blue-chip technology organizations
Experience of developing talent and talent programs
Experience of organisational effectiveness implementation
Effective performance as an HR leader to a business team
Proven experience in a team of HR professionals across cultures/geographies
Mastery of at least one specialist HR function, such as compensation, staffing, or development experience
Experience within matrixed organisations, with an understanding of the behaviours, values and processes that make a matrix both dynamic and effective
Personal leadership skills: high performance behaviours, self-initiative, influencing, collaborative, communicative
Leading-edge knowledge of HR/OD disciplines
Experience of change management practices
Experience of process consultation
