We are expanding our business in Scandinavia and we're looking for a person interested in joining our team. Right now we need one iALM (integrated Application Lifecycle Management) Expert.
We're looking for a person with highly developed contact network in the ALM arena, with ability to think outside of the box and create new businesses. We offer you a chance to work in a very dynamic team which gives room to be creative. The candidate should be able to build the customer market in Sweden.

Profile:
* Number of years in Telecom and IT Experience: more than 5 years of iALM Experience
* Number of years in defining Solution architecture: more than 3 years
* Number of years in .NET development: more than 7 years
Technical knowledge
* .NET development (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC)
* WCF, WWF, WIF
* Serena SBM
* Database development in MS SQL, Oracle, Postgre, MySQL
* UML and architecture diagrams using Enterprise architect or similar modeling tool
* Knowledge in code generation and code quality tools
* Experience with SOA, model driven design, pattern oriented design
* SCRUM, XP and general Agile project methodology and practices

* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organization skills
* Stress tolerant and flexible
* Strong technical background in Microsoft related technologies
* Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis
* Strong knowledge in defining software architecture
* Experience in complete SDLC

Industry certification:
* Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
* Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist

All candidates applying for this position should come from a strong IT background with extensive knowledge and vast experience in Telco BSS segment.
