Within the User Experience and Design (UxD) group we are designing the future.

Scope of Responsibility / Expectations

As a member of our UxD group the User Experience Designer will have a stake in the user experience of our product portfolio. The responsibilities include usability engineering, interaction design, LoFi-prototyping and user experience research, all in agile environment. User Experience Designer will work closely with product owners, system architects, system engineers and testers to align the user experience goals and ensure that user and customer needs are met. Our ambition is to be best in class on a fast-moving market.

* Ux Research: Conduct or propose research activities on user requirements and translate the findings into actionable design inputs.
* Ux Conception: Work on projects in agile environment to create innovative and usable interaction design solutions for features.
* Ux Documentation: Document the interaction design solution including wireframes and low-fi-prototypes.
* Ux Prototyping: Iteratively define low-fi prototypes during the entire design lifecycle.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

* A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology or similar
* Deep understanding of UxD methods and able to adopt them throughout design projects
* Experience in a multiple interface interaction design
* Ability to combine user requirements and business goals to create a viable user experience
* Experience in design of TV, tablet and smart phone solutions preferred
* Demonstrated interest and broad understanding of design trends
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills on effectively aligning the user experience requirements to the product team?s requirements
* Strong multitasking capability and the skill of balancing priorities of parallel tasks
* Understanding and/or experience of agile development incl. Scrum
