Production Katrineholm is the Node Production Center (NPC) for Mobile Core, Multimedia, Wireline systems for Ericsson. We specialize in the industrialization of new system products and modules and are responsible for production processes for low volume with high variation.
Our responsibility stretches from early involvement in product development projects to the development of supply chains for our products and systems.
Beskrivning av tjänsten
As Master Planner, you will be a key person within the production unit in Katrineholm and will be responsible for both short and mid-term planning and dimensioning for one or several products. This means you will have overall responsibility for plans, forecasts, forecast objects and buffers for your products during ramp up, maintenance and phase out.
You will participate in different product and improvement projects; the latter includes logistic development based on lean and agile philosophies and maximizing service to minimal cost. You will have a leading role in some of these projects.
We currently have seven master planners in our team and the department also includes a team working with systems, reports and tools.

Qualifications
You have a master of Science in logistics or similar. You also have a solid interest in logistic solutions and analysis and enjoy working with aggregated plans and transforming it to details. Planning, structure and organizing are your strong points. You are driven, outgoing, self-motivated and focused on achieving results.
You have leadership skills and experience of leading meetings and of public speaking; knowledge of planning models; skills in mathematics, statistics and economics; good skills in Microsoft Office and very good skills in Excel.
You should be fluent in Swedish and because we are working in an international environment you also have to be fluent in English.
