Obducat will strengthen the system development group with a Mechanical Engineer interested in becoming one of our specialists in our Electron Beam Recorder (EBR) system.
Obducats EBR is an advanced tool used for generating micro and nano sized patterns on stamps used for imprints. The EBR is part of our product line as well as a tool used for manufacturing stamps for internal use and for external customers. The EBR included hardware and controllers such as: motion system, laser interferometer, encoders, vacuum system, anti-vibration system and other related mechanical subsystem.

Tasks
The mechanical engineer will be one of our key players for further developing our EBR in to a state of the art product, and will have the responsibility for the development and the performance of the mechanical system.

Experience
You have a background in mechanical engineering and have at least three years of experience preferably in mechanical implementation for nano-meter precision control. You should have a broad technical interest since the understanding of the EBR includes a variety of technical ingredients.
As a person you have well developed social skills and enjoy working in a group as well as individually. You are self-going, highly motivated, creative and perform your tasks in a professional manner. You have the ability to deliver high quality work and meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will be a resourceful problem solver with excellent interaction skills, and should be capable of rapidly integrating observations and results into applicable knowledge.
