JOB DESCRIPTION
The position of Panel Manager / Relationship Specialist is highly customer service focused. The focus of the position is to grow our partnerships with a number of existing strategic partners and work to develop new relationships with potential partners. The role requires both implementations of research panels through a Saas Based technology platform as well as extensive customer service skills for client relationship building.
The client relationship will be focused on customer service for satisfaction and retention purposes, training within the Cint system, on-going communication (response to enquiries and concerns), troubleshooting, and special projects when necessary. The Panel Manager / Relationship Specialist will work cross functionally within the organization and will be the key point of contact for all customers. This role will require proven experience specific to partnership/client management.
KEY ROLES

Initiate contract fulfillment process

Hold partner kickoff meeting, informing new partners of next steps and answer questions

Lead the technical implementation of new clients into an online platform to support our global customers

Monitor and report project progress

Manage project scope changes and resolution of issues to achieve project goals on time

Providing training to both internal and external stakeholders

Maintain a healthy open communication style between Cint and the partners

Provide support for the Sales teams during demonstrations, on RFPs and running numbers

Keep up-to-date and accurate information on pipeline and approvals used for internal usage
Desired Skills & Experience:
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

University/College degree

Fluent in written and spoken English

Proficient in Excel

Experience in HTML/ CSS

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Strong communications skills

Experience in relationship management preferred
