Project Leader HR Programme Management Office - LUN003313

HR Programme Management Office (PMO) is seeking an experienced Project Leader.

The purpose of the HR PMO is to plan and execute projects that deliver change which improves HR ability to deliver Core and Organisational Services and also to plan and coordinate major projects and initiatives across the HR function.

You will be the first full-time employee in the HR PMO, spending the majority of your time managing projects and the remainder leading activities to enhance project planning, project execution and demand management, reporting to the HR Program Director.

The position will be located in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy.

Main responsibilities
* Lead one or more HR Transformation projects from the HR Project Portfolio, working closely with HR Global Centres of Expertise, HR Service Centres and HR Business Partners
* Own, drive and improve the HR Project Methodology and supporting materials
* Own, drive and improve the HR Project Staffing (resource allocation) process
* Participate actively in the reporting / information flow from the HR Program Management Office

Qualifications
You are truly passionate about project management and have led several projects to successful conclusions. You think helping a young projects organisation move toward maturity sounds like an exciting assignment and are convinced you are the person who can make the difference.

You understand strategies, capabilities and processes and have excellent problem solving skills.

To be successful in this position you have good analytical and writing skills to understand and document project scope and priorities. You also have the ability to exercise informal authority and work in a networked environment together with project and line managers. Being result orientated and to possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills is essential.

The role is global and encompasses stakeholders from all parts of the business so a positive and proactive attitude and ability to work in a global organization with different nationalities/cultures, background and skills is vital.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT or Business Administration and solid project management experience from within HR, process and system development, SAP HCM, Taleo or SuccessFactors. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
