Overview & Responsibilities:
Economy
Continuously develop and propose measure for improvement and streamlining ofproducts and service. Develop budget and current estimate of the most effective.
Manning and operation of the department's resources
Costumers
Participate in client meetings and events to maintain and nurture the customer-relatedrelations to the benefit of Menzies Aviation.
Leadership
Responsible for the day to day operational performance. Ensure development of thedepartment employees who are related to the department other goals and plans.
Participate in the recruiting process implement measures for effective training anddevelopment.
Quality
Achieving acceptable quality standards and targets both internal and external (SLA).
Develop and maintain procedures for the purpose of department production carried outaccordance with regulations.
External Relations
Participating in the ongoing cooperation with the airport authorities and others supplier.
Staff Performance
To lead the department Ramp handling according to Menzies Aviation services

Essential Skills:
Must be able to demonstrate management experience in a Ramp role
Ability to plan resource allocation around the schedule
Possess excellent leadership, communication and people skills
Ability to drive through policies and procedures and represent the Company in aprofessional manner at all times
Experience of ground handling practices including detailed knowledge of Ramp Ops
A good working knowledge of Airlines and Airport Authorities
Good knowledge of ramp GSE.
Ability to communicate successfully at all levels, whilst leading and motivating agrowing workforce
A track record of delivering against key performance targets
Competent in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, excel and Outlook
