Department
P&C Shared Services are organised in a number of Shared Service Centres delivering services across business units and borders. They are supplemented by hubs in selected countries depending on business requirements. This recruiter position is located in our Swedish hub in Malmö.
Responsibilities and tasks
Your primary tasks will be:
* Full responsibility for executing recruitment processes, including advertisement creation, defining of sourcing, screening and interviews.
* Handling candidates in our recruiting system.
* Close cooperation with line managers and business partners, securing that the recruitment function meets business needs in a timely fashion.
Qualifications and work experience
The role requires an experienced candidate to quickly step in and perform professional recruitments in an international environment.
On the professional level we expect the following:
* A university degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
* Recruiting experience - either from an agency or from a larger international cooperation
* International experience and understanding of cultural differences is crucial
* You hold experiences from a varied work life enabling you to match various managers, cultures and challenges
* Absolute fluency in Swedish and English
On the personal level you are/have:
* Self driven and proactive
* Great communication skills
* Structured and dependable
* A positive mindset
* Flexible and able to thrive in a changing environment
Additional information
Your primary work location is Malmö, but travelling in Sweden and northern Europe will be required.
You must be ready for a busy schedule and be flexible in regards to travelling.
