For our global customer we are looking for a Resident Engineer within the area lock barrels and keyless access.

Job description

You will be a part of an international team and responsible for the operational activities related to lock barrels and keyless access. You are the resident expert responsible for supporting and coordinating the development of innovative solutions for new and existing programs.
You will be the interface between our global engineers in the Production Plants and the customer's development engineers. You will attend Engineering meetings according to customer requirements and to ensure that all needs are met.

Supporting progress reviews, assembly issues and test performances will be amongst your daily tasks. Regular feedback of design level, cost and timing.

Experience skills
You have a university degree in engineering or equal by experience. At least 3-5 years experience from the automotive sector preferably within the area of lock barrels and keyless access. Fluent speaking and writing in English and Swedish, knowledge in German qualify.

Personal skills
You are an independent team player with a commercial and cost efficient way of thinking. Proactive, persistent and flexible is common attitudes for you. You have an analytical thinking, are customer focused and you are the expert in your technical area.
