SAP System Integration Analyst - MAL000101

Tetra Pak Global IM supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management Strategy and Standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has 540 employees in three main sites: Lund/Malmö in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

We are currently seeking a strong and ambitious candidate to support projects and services across all Delivery Areas with the competence in the Systems Integration team.

You will be part of the Global Integration Management team that supports projects and services on multiple platforms. Global Integration Management have team members at three sites, Malmö in Sweden, Singapore and Denton (Texas) in USA. Work manager for the Global team is Perry Naylor and he is based in Denton. Time zone lead in Malmö, Sweden is Dag Elgenberg. The position is located in Malmö, Sweden.

Main responsibilities
Provide support / expertise
* Pro-Actively mitigate risk to ensure stability and availability of production systems
* Trouble shoot issues

Landscape management
* Strategies - enforce existing and identify / implement improvements
* Promote to Production concepts / Application change management
GIM policies / processes
* Ensure projects / services work in accordance to global policies / processes
* Work as business partner withprojects / services to identify resolutions when deliverables are at risk, while maintaining integrity of global policies / processes

Finally, you use your strong analytical and logical skills when working independently and self managing, on problems & issues.

Experience and knowledge of the following skills are requirements for this position:
* Experience within Solution Manager:

* General Functions and Operations, Technical Setup, RCA setup and utilization, BPM and ALM

* Experience within SLD(System Landscape Directory)
* Experience within Java Mgmt
* Experience with in CTS+/NWDI

Good English both verbally and written is required. Knowledge of landscape application change management is seen as highly beneficial.
