Tasks
Be responsible for the school's reception. Organize substitutes, update information both internally on the intranet and externally on the website, book trips and hotels, write minutes etc. etc. Work in close collaboration with other members of the administrative team and support the educational leadership team. Working language is English.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
Organizational skills and experienced in office work, excellent ICT-skills.
Attitudes and skills required for a cross-cultural environment.
Flexible and service-minded.

Working hours
Deltid. 75 %. Monthly salary. From 2011-06-01 or as soon as possible. Tillsvidareanställning, tillträde: 2011-06-01
