We are looking for SW Architects and Developers

As a SW Architect, you will be working in a global organization in projects that can consist of participants from many different parts of the world. The role will include tasks like understand and meet the customer's requirements in business scenarios, ensure integrity of the overall architecture, reconcile conflicting concerns from different stakeholders, provide proposed trade-offs to the customer (as between security and performance) etc.

As an Application Developer, you carry out detailed design, construction, unit testing, integrations etc. You will get the possibility to work with different companies within the Volvo Group and also external companies. If you have the ambition to become a Software Architect in the future, that will also be supported by the organization.

Qualifications and skills:
* In addition to the above description you:
* have the power of initiative and driving force
* have several years documented experience of assignments in .NET architecture for the Architect role
* have documented experience of assignments in .NET development for the Developer role
* good knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process

General qualifications and skills:
* An academic educational background
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
* Proven leadership skills with considerable social competence
* Driving license - class B
* International experience will be considered an advantage
