Jeppesen Gothenburg is looking for a Software Configuration Management Specialist

The Software Configuration Management team within the Software Engineering department at Jeppesen Gothenburg, Sweden is looking for a Software Configuration Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be involved in development, maintenance and support of the complex CM infrastructure used by multiple development teams and projects.

As a Configuration Management Specialist you will:

* Be part of a team of around 8 CM specialists

* Work closely together with one or a few development projects

* Work in a centralized build/development environment that mainly consists of Linux (RHEL) servers. SLES/Solaris/AIX/HPUX/Windows operating systems are supported as well. We use Imake, Gmake, CMake, Ant, Maven tools to build C++/Java/Python code on a number of supported platforms.

Required experience:

* Build engineering on Linux/Windows platforms

* Build engineering for Java and OSGi applications

Working in cross functional teams and projects

Meriting experience:

* Resolving issues related to the dependency management and binary compatibility

* Integrating various SCM build tools and environments

* Previous work as developer

* Writing SCM plans and keeping them up to date
