Vår kund är en av världens ledande leverantörer av signal- och säkerhetssystem för järnväg, tunnelbana och spårväg. Koncernen omsätter 930 MEUR och har ca 4400 anställda världen över. På kontoret i Solna arbetar c:a 50 anställda med utveckling, projektering och införande av säkerhetssystem för järnväg och tunnelbana. Företaget expanderar just nu kraftigt och har därför ett antal högintressanta projekt på gång. Dessa inkluderar bl a införandet av ERTMS (European Rail Traffic Management System) i Sverige och övriga Norden. Ett annat exempel är införandet av nytt signalsystem för tunnelbanans röda linje. Vår kund behöver därför förstärka sin organisation med ytterligare ett antal duktiga medarbetare.

Your mission

Drive a timely and accurate coordination of the Supply Chain activities for assigned projects. Supporting the Project Management in the bids and proposals process throughout the project life cycle. The assigned project is the Red Line Stockholm subway and the supply chain activities linked to the entities delivering to this project (Italy, France and USA).

Accountabilities

Participate in the Bid/Project Team and act as a key interface in terms of planning and management of all the Supply Chain requirements.

Ensure the update of the project costs and optimize project needs vs .bidding phase assumptions.

Define the delivery plan within the project team.

Contribute to the risk identification and propose containment/mitigation actions.

Contribute to activate logistic flows.

Skills and knowledge

We look for a candidate with a bachelor degree in electrical, electronic or telecommunication with several years of experience from supply chain activities preferably within the railway sector.

You have experience of planning techniques such as MPS/MRP and in logistic flow for international exportation. Logistic and warehouse management as well as basic knowledge of main project management.

The job includes travelling in Sweden and occasionally abroad.
