Lead, coordinate and plan the NGHVT activities of the Power Electronics and Drives teams and secure result and deliveries.
Deliver GTDS (Global Techn Dev System) deliverables targeting a CY 2017 GPDS program.
Structure information and data, lead system analyses based on benchmark, information from the University and research area, competitors, suppliers, trends and by monitoring other applicable external activites in this field.
Review and reformulate the set of requirements based on current reqs (System, HW and SW specifications) in order to deliver an optimized HV toplogy.
Develop the design strategy with key parameters for an optimized HV topology
Develop and review input to CAE models and simulations in cooperation with the HV Systems CAE group.
Lead reviews and communicate status and outlook to the unit AE coordinator and at Design Review Meetings (Group Technical Meetings (GTM), Section Design Review Meetings (DRM-s)).
Drive towards decisions on actions, in the project and towards the line organization, for any deviations that occur in the project.
Initiate actions towards line manager to ensure manning of assignment.
Practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of Power Electronics and Drives
