Voice & Transmission

MultiMind is looking for a talented  and technically skilled Customer Support representative for one of our client.

Our client is an international provider of communication services. They operate one of the largest fiber networks in the world.

Working task:

You will be working in the Customer Care department which is the Single point of contact 24/7 for all customers quaries regarding sales, billing, delivery, services and faults. The department own and drive customer issues to resolution and constantly communicate with customers during on-going cases. You will be working in a team handling customers buying Transmission (Wavelengt/SDH/Ethernet) and Voice services world-wide. The team is truly multi-cultural and consists of 25 persons from 17 countries.

Requirements:

* Excellent English written and spoken (close to mother tongue)
* Experience in customer service within a telecom enviroment
* Experince of working in a multicultural enviroment
* University degree, preferably within Telecommunications/ Network Engineering

We are searching for a person who is naturally service minded and business oriented. You're a good team-player and have a great sense of responsibility. You should also have analytical capabilities and be used to handle several issues simultaneously.

This position is a full-time 12 months (April 2012 - April 2013) assignment with a possibility for prolonging.
