The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities and tasks
The Planner will provide technical analysis and support for the planning of service work and general technical support.
Your primary tasks will be:
* Technical review of planned and unplanned work prior to releasing work orders
* Defining the resources required for work orders and processing this on SAP
* Ensuring that work-scopes, parts and tooling required are correct
* Review and approval of all service orders after completion
* Maintaining Service Orders created
* Provide general technical guidance to office and field staff as required
* Provide support and assistance to the whole planning organisation as needed in the planning of technicians, materials and tooling
Qualifications and work experience
On a personal level you are/have:
* Organised and methodical approach to work
* Strong Customer focus
* Strong analytical ability, motivated by desire to have clear systems and processes.
* Good coaching skills
* Able to prioritise own workload
Of experience we expect the following:
* A minimum of 2 years field experience as a Wind Turbine Technician is essential
* High level of planning and organisational skills
* Previous experience of working in a technical planning position
* Knowledge and familiarity with SAP
