We are now looking for product specialist within Handheld products for our new technical support team. We need you, who are interested in and well informed of the latest technology and want to share your interest and knowledge with others.

You will be part of a global concern with 181 contact centers all over the world. Therefore, your possibilities to develop and advance are not limited to one district. At Teleperformance you have the whole world in front of your feet.
We are looking for a full time Handheld product specialist for our team. As a product specialist you will have an expert function in the technical support team, meaning that you are the expertise on your products (e.g. Mobile Phones, Smartphones and Tablets) and you are able to handle and solve complex technical issues related to them. You will be working in close cooperation with Samsung?s authorized service partners. You are also responsible for coordinating and performing trainings on new products for the members of the technical support team.
You are a person who

has previous experience in training and has good pedagogic skills.

has the ability to plan and structure sections and take responsibility for all training assignments.

has good communication and coaching skills as well as leadership and interpersonal skills.

is structured, accurate and has the ability to see the whole picture from a helicopter perspective.

has advanced knowledge in Windows, MS Office application and computer usage.

has advanced hardware and software knowledge as well as the ability to solve complex technical issues.

is stress resistant, punctual, reliable and loyal.

has excellent English skills, written and verbal.

has a technical interest in and a positive attitude towards Samsung?s brand, products and customers.

has the ability to learn and adapt new knowledge quick and easy.

has at least an elementary school diploma.
It will be considered a merit if you have previous experience from working as a service technician or with Samsung?s brand and/or products. You also have a good knowledge and understanding of the full sale- and production chain.
