Ericsson manufactures and sells complex telecommunication products and systems in a global environment with high demands on flexibility, quality and lead times. To enable the handling and sale of our products and systems we use a mission-critical SAP-based configurator, VC (Variant Configurator).

This job entails that with a good capability understand and break down product characteristics based on development, commercial and production requirements and translate it to the configuration rules in an object-oriented and logic-based language. The high rate of development and requirements to rapidly with quality bring new features, places high demands on flexibility and good interpersonal skills.

The ambition is to on a strategic level build up the skills needed to develop a long-term approach, methodology and tools that meet future needs. You will be a key player in this work and you are given the opportunity to become an expert in this field of work.

We are looking for a newly graduate engineer or equivalent. You enjoy working in team, you have the ability to be proactive and take initiatives. You have the ability to think logically and to understand and break down complex information.

* Expertise and experience in the following is qualifying:
* Object-Orientation
* Database and SQL
* Entity Relationship modeling
* Programming
* Agile Methodology
