We extend our Nordic support for one of the most attractive brands that takes an increasing share of the market thanks to its design and quality and are currently looking for someone who has the knowledge needed to provide first class support regarding the latest in the IT market. The support is provided by phone and over the Internet to the Swedish speaking retail customers.

Training: We offer you the best possible conditions for success in your role with us. You will receive four weeks training, which includes product and support training and gives you the best opportunity for continued development with us.

Salary: Monthly salaries, bonuses and supplement for inconvenient working hours.

Relocation Premium: Up to 6 000 SEK for covering relocation related costs such as rental car, furniture, clean, etc.

Travel Premium: 1000 SEK for covering traveling cost to Sweden.

We are looking for someone who:

speaks Finnish fluently.

has an excellent knowledge of English as all documentation and training is in English.

preferably have previous experience in customer service / support.

is very educational and effective in your work.

is service oriented person who does not give up easily and run by doing and ensure peak performance.

is a fearless and dedicated person who always tries to see solutions instead of problems.

have a great interest in new technology and is an experienced user of computers.
